As I look up at the old homestead clinging onto the side of the hill I feel a strange sense of regret. It was now someone else's home. The guns fired, the men scattered, the dead or almost dying lay there living their final moments and as the tankers bombed large areas the reporter described the horrific details of a war so far away from home it was almost unreasonable to think the bravest or maybe the stupidest of Australia's population were there fighting someone else's battle. The dark grey ash covered the bodies of all once living organisms. There was a dull mist weighing down the air. It was a matter of all or nothing and in this case the nothing had prevailed. I am now procrastinating by being on Deviantart during a computer lesson of Ancient History (: Go my skill. I am going to my favourite country music artists concert I am soooo excited. It is very cold here and I hate it I want to leave school and not just for today... Although strangely excited for extension english...
